✈ Only suitably qualified candidates that we have personally selected will be forwarded for your          consideration. This ensures you have an immediate shortlist, saving time and effort in your recruitment process. We follow up with a full set of supporting documentation, organising telephone or Skype interviews, plus face-to-face meetings, as required.

 

✈ We then support you throughout candidate contract negotiations, proceeding to a mutually agreed signed contract. We will then formally confirm acceptance of the placement and limit our further involvement to periodic follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

✈ On satisfactory completion of the candidates probationary period, we will withdraw to allow your new team to work in harmony as planned. Throughout the entire process we will keep you informed as well as your preferred shortlisted candidate(s). We continually evaluate our progress and anticipate your needs throughout.
